How It Works
Intake Process: We connect individuals seeking shelter with our intake team to discuss their needs and determine the best available housing option.
Individualized Planning: After intake, each individual works with a case manager to create a personalized support plan, outlining goals and steps toward self-sufficiency.
Continued Support: While in our care, residents receive access to life skills training, educational support, and employment assistance.
Transition to Independence: As residents reach their goals, we help facilitate their transition to independent living, often including follow-up support.
